This Confidentiality page applies to the use of the Mods website by visitors. It explains how we treat limited data generated through website usage (notably cookies and analytics).

Any confidentiality commitments related to services delivered to clients are defined exclusively in the relevant written contract(s) between Mods and the client and are not published on this website.

In the context of website usage, “confidential information” is limited to information that may be generated by your interaction with the website and processed through our analytics setup, specifically:
- Website usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies
- Analytics data processed through Google Analytics
- Tag/event routing implemented via Google Tag Manager
This page is intentionally narrow: it does not cover operational processes, client documentation, service configurations, statements of work, or client-specific terms.
